Overview

As educators, it is critical that we have the information and technological literacy required to prepare our students for the 21st century. We are no longer "content repositories", but "information guides". While at first glance, our students may seem to embrace technological change more quickly and easily than we do, they nevertheless need to be guided in making the most effective use of this technology in daily learning. We need expertise in the field of learning how to learn and we need to be able to merge this with the field of information technology. 21st Century Learning is a series of interlocking yet independent online sessions merging the fields of learning and technology. These sessions give you a great flexibility in choosing which outcomes meet your professional development needs.
