eFitness for efficiency
Our e-fitness for e-fficiency wellness program has two streams; physical and mindful. Each initiative will promote not only physical activity but mindful lifestyle choices.
Tic Tac Toe
Using a teaching strategy from our Wilkes Instructional Media course, the eFit crew designed a Tic Tac Toe sheet to encourage staff to not only do physical activity, but mindful relaxation and thoughtful eating.

Cross Canada
Our first initiative was ambitious-- moving the equivalent of Canada's coast to coast distance. Although we did not go even half the distance, this activity saw people mindfully planning to add motion to their day. The Credenda purchase of pedometers was a motivating and useful too.
